Interior Design Collaborators
A comprehensive list of other professionals who are in essence part of any interior design project that involves a renovation or remodel. As an Interior Designer we collaborate with these professionals to help guide and ensure all your renovations are safe and abide by the current Construction Standards that each of these professional orders oversee. An Interior Designer does not SUPERVISE these professionals as to their work expertise; rather we are your advocate as to the design intent of your project. We are on your team - and number one advocate for your design intent. After-all you will be living or working in the space when it is completed.
After-all - all we want is for you to be over-joyed by the results.
Hiring the right professionals for your renovation or remodel goes a very long way to ensure you are getting the outcomes and results you are looking for. Cutting corners is not the SMART move for your renovation or remodel. Good Contractors are rare and valuable; they must make a profit to ensure that their skilled workers are available and that everyone is making a fair wage for their skill set. This doesn’t mean at all to gouge our clients; this means to INCLUDE this factor when you are evaluating the overall costs and renovation and remodel quotations, and DON’T always look for the bottom line.
EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR THE BEST CONTRACTOR - FOR THE LOWEST COST
Ask yourself - seriously IS THIS A UNICORN!
We want that for you as well. Think about your investment and what those results and return will bring. Finding the “right” skilled Contractor is worth their weight in gold. You want someone who knows how to run a business; keep their skilled workers happy; one who cares about the client; keeps the home like it was their own. These types of Contractors’ are in demand.
Always keep front of mind; A Contractor who provides a real quote; that meets your needs, and who will collaborate with you through-out the project. That my friend is WORTH ITS’ WEIGHT IN GOLD.
